Hi backers!!!!

How are you all doing?

 At last, we are so happy to share the exciting news!  The ones we were all expecting to :)  

Drums, Drums, Drums...

 Yup, last week these (several tons of)  beauties landed in the US, and finally got to our warehouse! in order to expedite the process and to deliver GoDice faster to you, we decided to air-ship everything from China to the US (Yes, it is very expensive, and... No, you don't need to pay extra), it's just a kind gesture we chose to do on our expenses to avoid extra 1-2 months of further anticipation (after the so many delays that were forced on all of us during the project).
 

So, now what?
In the last few days, our fulfillment center is preparing all your pledges. As you can imagine, It's a HUGE and COMPLEX logistic operation, as they need to manually prepare 5,000 different individual orders (all at once), with different items and accessories according to your surveys. This is one of the main challenges in any KS campaign! Luckily we are in good hands, our logistic partners have vast experience with such projects, as well as the successful project we did together in our last campaign, the GoCube!
 

In the next few days (by the end of this week) you should all receive your tracking numbers!
 

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The tracking numbers will be sent to the email addresses we have in the system. Please check it as well as your spam folders.

Please, PLEASE! wait until the end of this week before approaching us with queries about your order, as we will not have any data until then anyway. Only then,  If you don't find your TN in your inbox (nor in your spam)!  please send us a message. In general, we don't have control (nor prior data) regarding the specific fulfillment of specific orders. it's all optimized by the warehouse systems. BUT, we can assure you that: The Kickstarter orders are the very first to be fulfilled, and that we should finalize all of your orders in the next few days.

 For those of you who failed to update their addresses on time, don't worry, we have your pledge just waiting for you to contact us with your correct shipping addresses.


Be prepared for it :)
The GoDice app is up and available! for both Android and iOS!  well, you won't be able to do much with it without the physical dice :), but it's waiting there for you.  BTW, if you have iPads or tablets, make sure you use GoDice on those. Although you can play and connect with GoDice on your smartphones, the much (MUCH) better way to experience it is by using big screens -  the bigger the merrier!
You will also need 2xAAA batteries for the charger (which are not part of the package), and we highly recommend using fresh ones from a good brand, due to the super-fast (10s) charge feature.
That's it, other than that, you are all set!

Last words...
Well, these are surely not the last ones :), and we'll probably send a few more updates...  But, we do want to use this opportunity, and thank you all! Thank you for the ongoing support, for your patience and understanding throughout these crazy times, for your trust, and for being part of that, part of us! THANKS YOU! We all made it together, and brought it to the finish line! turned an idea into reality! 

It did take us longer than originally planned, but we took advantage of these unexpected delays to make a MUCH SUPERIOR product than originally planned and committed (all done on our expenses, including the HW upgrades). Making sure we deliver the best product,  with premium quality, great experience, top look and feel!
            - The App is like x10 improved and polished in terms of design, graphics, UI, UX
            - Added more content, more games, new features (and great onboarding)
            - Improved dice intelligence and algorithms
            - Improved power design to double the gameplay! (2h rather than 1h)
            - Added colorful RGB lights to each die
            - Added (free) premium pouch to the DnD shells
            - Designed a premium package to store your GoDice (with an amazing unboxing experience)
            - Added a new set of accessories (as per your ideas and requests) to improve the playing experience
           And much more.

Hey Backers!!!!

How are you all doing? We do hope you're all fine and super excited!

What is Happening Now?

As you all know, we've sent out the survey and have locked your orders... now... we are locking your addresses. At this stage, our team will start going through all your pledges and start the preparation for fulfilling your pledges!

We have completed the production and it is all packed and ready to go!!!

Due to the COVID situation in China, we faced some last-minute challenges with just collecting the goods from the factory, as many areas in China are in lockdown (the couriers can't access the factory)... but we are very happy to share that we were able to eventually (and creatively)  overcome that as well. 

It added a couple of weeks' delay to the shipping planning, but things are on their way now! 

Here it is leaving our factory and on its way to our fulfillment center!!!

 Well if the idea of the GoDice making its way to you is not exciting enough... maybe one of our influencers can help with that.

 As we mentioned before, we've sent samples of GoDice to influencers and some members of the press to warm up the market just in time for the launch.

WE ARE GOING TO LOCK ORDERS!!!!

Hello Backers,

We are so close to locking your orders! 

Currently, 20% of you guys haven't completed the survey and updated your shipping details! 

Note that once your orders are locked, there is no changing the information you have inside your pledge.

To make sure that the last-minute guys will have enough time, we are moving our lock date to March 30.

Clock is Ticking...

As you all know, we've sent out the survey and you can, at last, finalize your pledges, make sure your shipping details are correct and most importantly, check our amazing add-ons. 

So far almost 60% of you guys have finalized their orders... so the remaining 40%, what are you waiting for?

If by chance you can't find your link, just reach out to our support team and they will be more than happy to give it to you.

Remember, we are locking your orders on the 29th. This means that we will not be able to make changes to your pledges. We will have it shipped as-is, just a reminder, you need to check ;

• Providing a phone number is required  by many fulfillment centers

Switching Gamer Kit to DnD Kit, and vice-versa... 

As we said in our second update... ”if you ordered the original “Gamer kit” (for $99), and would like to switch to the new “D&D kit” (runs for $99 as well), that’s obviously fine.”, we are more than happy to accommodate this request. unfortunately, this cannot be done through the survey but you can let us know about your intentions by filling in this form.

BackerKit Surveys are Coming!

Hey Backers!!!

Here we are!!!

Hope you are all doing fine and healthy AND as excited as we are!!!

In the next few days, you’ll receive an email from us with a link to your survey from BackerKit (for the new backers this is a pledge management service). 

It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can, since we need this information to fulfill your rewards. Please answer the questions about your pledge choices, provide shipping information, and take a look at our awesome, new add-ons. You may refer to our last update if you need to refresh your memory regarding which types of add-ons are available. 

Double-check your shipping address and make sure that all is correct. We will lock all orders on the 29th of March, after which, you will not be able to make changes to your order and shipping information.  Don't worry, we will send you a reminder before the date so you can do the necessary changes if there are any.

Here’s how you can help us make sure we have a successful process:

• Is your ZIP code correct?
• Providing a phone number is required  by many fulfillment centers
